This pronouncement creates new doctrine in connection
with previous sentences. In this assumption, an employee was fired because she
confiscated money from the company. The Constitutional Court considers legal
its inclusion even though the company did not announce the employees the
existence of CCTV at the company. However, in this case there were some signs
warning the existence of CCTV.
So, this declaration implies an exception to the
necessity to announce employees and also require them consent, because the
Court considers that CCTV were put to monitor, according to article 20 of the
Workers Regulations, on the condition that this respect worker honour right.
